These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CNG Connect mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
CNG Connect helps you discover CNG fuel stations and view community-reported availability, plan stations along a route, and navigate to them. The App relies on data submitted by users and third parties and is provided for informational convenience only.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
The App lets you submit content such as station status reports, new stations, ratings and reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant CNG Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the App and its services.
You represent that your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam reports or stations.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the App except as permitted by law.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
Station availability, pricing, locations, and status are community-sourced and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. CNG Connect does not guarantee that any station has gas or is operational. Always confirm before relying on the information, and follow all local traffic and safety laws while driving. Do not interact with the App while operating a vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics and software, is owned by CNG Connect and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for your own User Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission. See our copyright notice below.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as map data and tiles from OpenStreetMap and its contributors, and sign-in providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNG Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including reliance on station availability information.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
